Grace Place Wellness proudly announces the 2018 Council Of Presidents Retreat being held at Chateau On The Lake in beautiful Branson, Missouri on August 13 – 17, 2018. Newly and re-elected District Presidents along with the President and Vice Presidents of the Synod meet in a casual, health-filled and non-anxious setting to build and strengthen relationships between LCMS leaders and their wives, focusing on wellbeing and whole health as LCMS church workers. The Grace Place Wellness retreat is framed each day by the Daily Office of Word and prayer. Mornings are filled with health education around the Lutheran Wellness Wheel and interactive discussions delving into major challenges and opportunities face by District Presidents in their day-to-day ministry care. Afternoons provide free-time and process time with fellow servants and spouses. Evenings provide time for fellowship and devotions.
