It’s been a long, hard week. Enjoy something good (and fun) for your replenishment and for the joy of the good gifts of God! WE’RE PRAYING FOR YOU “For the good gifts of the earth in abundant supply, we thank You, O Lord. Amen.” RENEWAL MOMENT Take a deep breath. Exhale Slowly. “Lord, have mercy.” Thanksgiving for REFRESHMENT. MARKER OF WELLBEING Physical As I grow in God’s grace of Physical SELF-CONTROL, I am finding joy in the VITALITY that flows from healthy choices.
